We are extremely careful when selecting our suppliers, ensuring they meet all government regulations for animal welfare and ethical standards all of which must meet our expectations.
What makes these products natural?
All products listed in both our calming and grooming range have been specially selected for their natural ingredients and compositions. All products sold within our grooming range have been sourced and produced in the famous Peak District, in England, United Kingdom. Our calming range uses blends from natural herbs and essential oil ingredients which have been carefully sourced.
Do you ship worldwide?
No, unfortunately this service is temporarily unavailable.
Shipping inside the U.K. is free on orders over £30, or £3.99.
How long will my products take to arrive?
Orders under £30 will be charged at £3.99 for postage. You can typically expect to receive your order within 2-3 working days.
We offer a next working day Express Service for orders placed before 2pm for £5.99. This excludes weekends and bank holidays.

Can I cancel my subscription?
Yes, subscriptions can be paused, changed or cancelled at anytime.
How long will the products last?
Product lifespan varies depending on the frequency of use and product in question. All of our products comes with clear instructions as guidance to use.

When administered the correct doses, all products are completely safe and will not harm your pet. If you feel your dog has had an adverse reaction, please stop use immediately and seek advice from your vet.

Do you have a returns/exchange policy?
Returns within 14 days unopened and undamaged are welcome. These are to be at a cost of the customer.
Guarantee - 14 days to notify The Dog Doctors if the product is faulty or damaged. 60 days to notify us if you are not satisfied with the product. To be eligible for a refund, customers must return & pay for postage of the product. One product per order will be refunded if there is more than one of the same item in the order.
Do you have a retail location?
Our products are stocked in a number of selected independent pet stores in London, however we are mainly online based which means we can supply to a wider audience.
Are there any international tax or duties to pay when ordering abroad?
This should be checked with the country in question, as tax rates differ when importing goods to different countries.
